The Event Platform — Tickets, Check-In, and Everything Around the Day

OEASE now runs your whole event lifecycle — free and paid ticketing, secure checkout, QR check-in, waitlists, reminders, and live analytics. Plus public event discovery at oes.events and an iOS app on the way.

Running an event has always meant stitching tools together: tickets on Eventbrite (minus their cut), RSVPs in a Google Form, a printed sign-in sheet at the door, and an evening spent afterward matching who paid on Venmo against who actually showed up.

That ends with this release. We just shipped the Event Platform — a complete, end-to-end way to run events inside OEASE, from the first announcement to the final thank-you email. It's free to use, and it's available to every organization today.

What It Does

Create an event, sell tickets, check guests in, and follow up afterward — all in one place, without exporting a spreadsheet or paying a per-ticket toll to a middleman. Free events stay completely free. When you sell paid tickets, money goes straight to your organization through Stripe.

Honest Pricing

OEASE is free to run events on. If your events are free, you pay nothing — ever. When you sell paid tickets, a small service fee applies, and we show it plainly to buyers so it's never hidden in the total. You keep more of every ticket than you would on a typical ticketing platform.

We're putting the entire day-of toolkit in your pocket. The OEASE iOS app — now in final testing — lets you check attendees in with your phone's camera, run walk-ins and refunds from anywhere, and watch sales and attendance update live right on your Lock Screen. It's heading to the App Store soon.

Bio Pages — A Branded Link-in-Bio for Every Organization

Every OEASE organization now gets a free, branded link-in-bio page at oes.bio/your-handle. Unlimited links, scheduled visibility, cookieless analytics, and your branding — not Linktree's.

If your organization has been sending members to a Linktree, a Beacons page, or a manually-updated Notion doc just to share a few links — that workaround ends today.

We just shipped Bio Pages, a built-in link-in-bio tool inside every OEASE organization. Your page lives at oes.bio/your-handle, looks like your organization (not ours), and is completely free.

What It Does

Create a public-facing landing page with every important link in one place. Drop the URL into your Instagram bio, your TikTok profile, your email signature, your flyers — anywhere a single link has to do a lot of work for your community.

No third-party branding. No "upgrade to unlock." No data living in someone else's database.

What's Included

  • Custom short URL — your page lives at oes.bio/your-handle, matching your organization's existing handle on the platform
  • Three item types — standard links, section headers, and dividers to organize a long list into something readable
  • Drag-to-reorder — arrange items in the order you want visitors to see them
  • Pin to top — promote one item above the rest for time-sensitive announcements
  • Scheduled visibility — set a start time, an end time, or both, and links auto-publish and auto-hide on schedule. Perfect for event sign-ups that should disappear after the event ends.

Why We Built It

Every community organization we work with already had a link-in-bio somewhere — usually Linktree, sometimes a Notion page held together with hope. They all had the same problems:

  • The page didn't belong to the organization. It belonged to the person who created the account.
  • The branding was someone else's. Members tapped a link in your Instagram bio and landed on a page that said "linktr.ee."
  • The analytics either didn't exist or lived behind a paywall.
  • When the person who created the page graduated or stepped down, the password disappeared with them.

Bio Pages fix all of that by living natively inside your OEASE organization. The page belongs to the organization, not a person. Your admins manage it together. Leadership transitions don't break it. And every visitor sees your name and your branding — not ours.

Time Polls — Find the Best Meeting Time Together

A new way to schedule group meetings inside OEASE. Create a time poll, share a link, and let everyone paint their availability on a grid. The best time surfaces automatically.

Meeting scheduling is one of those workflows that looks simple on paper and breaks down the moment you try it with more than three people. We just shipped a fix: Time Polls, a built-in group availability tool that lives inside every OEASE organization.

What It Does

Create a poll in seconds. Pick either specific dates or recurring weekly slots, set a time range, and share a link. Anyone with the link paints their availability on a grid — click and drag, just like when2meet. As responses come in, OEASE builds a clear visual overview and ranks the best meeting times automatically.

No account needed to respond. No spreadsheets. No "reply-all with your availability" thread.

  • Two poll types — "Specific Dates" for one-off meetings on real calendar dates, or "Days of the Week" for recurring availability (every Mon/Wed/Fri 9–5, for example)

Why We Built It

Every organization we work with was already using a separate tool for this — when2meet, Doodle, Calendly, LettuceMeet — and hitting the same frustrations:

  • Data lived outside the organization
  • No way to link a poll back to the people it was for
  • Ugly public pages with no branding
  • No permissions — anyone who leaked the link could delete the whole thing

Time Polls solve all of that by living natively inside OEASE. Polls belong to your organization. Results are visible to your admins. Respondents see your organization's branding, not a third-party logo. Guests can respond without accounts, but only admins can create or delete.

The OEASE Platform is officially live. A complete organization management system — member management, finance tools, membership dues, announcements, and more — free for every community organization.

After months of building, testing, and refining alongside real community leaders, the OEASE Platform is officially live at oease.app.

What's Available

Member Management

Full roster management with lifecycle tracking — from first contact to alumni. Bulk operations for status changes, department assignments, and tag management. Members are automatically linked to platform accounts by email, so there's no separate invitation step for people who already have an account.

Financial System

Simple finance tracking with dedicated funds, categories, and expense tracking. Record income and expenses, attach receipts, and generate reports — all without an accounting degree. Voided transactions (never deleted) preserve a complete paper trail. Monthly summaries are auto-generated on the first of every month.

Membership Subscriptions & Dues

Create subscription campaigns with multiple pricing tiers and collect dues through Stripe. Members receive payment links, pay securely online, and their membership status updates automatically. Payment receipts are sent by email. Campaigns auto-close after deadlines pass.

Announcements

Draft, schedule, and publish announcements to your entire organization or targeted groups — by department, team, or individual members. Emails are sent in the background with professional formatting and opt-in CC to members' additional email addresses.

Team Access Levels

Set exact access for who can view, edit, or manage different parts of your organization. Define custom roles — give your treasurer access to finances without exposing member data. You control exactly what every leader is allowed to see and change.

Organization Structure

Departments and teams with a two-level hierarchy. Assign members to multiple departments and teams. Cascade operations when restructuring.

Admin Team Management

What started as "OEASE OMS" — an organization management system — has evolved into something much bigger. OEASE Platform v2 is a complete rebrand and rebuild, reflecting a broader vision: a unified ecosystem where community organizations can manage operations, engage their members, and grow their impact — all in one place.

Why the Rebrand

The original OEASE OMS served organizations well for internal management. But the organizations we work with need more than a back-office tool. They need a platform that handles operations, public presence, recruitment, finance, and community engagement together — not as separate products bolted onto each other.

The name change from "OMS" to "Platform" reflects that shift. OEASE is no longer just a management system. It's the operational backbone and public face of your organization.
