A 1.3% platform fee sits on top of Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢ when you collect dues, sell tickets, or accept donations. Paid event ticketing has an additional 3% service fee that covers tax handling, capacity holds, check-in tooling, and refund orchestration. If you never process payments, you never pay us a cent.

Stripe does. OEASE is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor — we never hold, custody, or take possession of funds. Every payment flows directly from your buyer into your organization's Stripe Connected Account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on its own schedule. OEASE just provides the software that talks to Stripe on your behalf.

No. The 1.3% OEASE platform fee and the additional 3% OEASE event service fee are non-refundable, even if the underlying transaction is fully refunded, partially refunded, charged back, or cancelled — OEASE retains its fee and your organization bears the loss (Stripe also keeps its full processing fee on refunds). What your buyers can get back: the refundable amount is the ticket price plus any tax. Tax is always refundable; the 3% service fee is never refundable to the buyer, whether you issue a full or partial refund; and the 1.3% platform fee is never charged to buyers (it comes from your payout), so it is never part of a buyer refund.
